The Okrapalypse hits River City! That’s right, the local grocery chain in River City might be on the block and we will see over the next few weeks how city hall reacts.  For those in RVA, this may sound eerily familiar. For those outside of Richmond, think of a purely local store you love (for all its good and bad) and think how you would feel if there were rumors it might be sold to a national chain. Icky! Picture Bodo’s in Charlottesville being sold to Einstein Brothers [shivers].
